As an independent record label from Brighton, England, our core ethos revolves around supporting and engaging with local talent in Sussex, but we are also passionate about working with exceptional artists and bands from London and across the UK. We help artists grow with a clear, strategic plan.

Artist Development with Kieron Pepper
At West Pier Recordings, we are with you for every step of your journey, helping you grow as an artist and connecting you with the right writers, producers, musicians and collaborators to bring your vision to life. Guiding that journey is Kieron Pepper, a true legend with over 30 years in the industry.
As the original live drummer for The Prodigy from 1997 to 2007, Kieron toured the world with performances that became part of music history and went on to join the iconic BBC Radiophonic Workshop in 2013, creating innovative soundscapes, and since 2017 he has been the bassist for Britpop favourites Sleeper. Kieron is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer who has worked across genres with some of the most respected names in music.
Our artist development support covers every essential stage, including songwriting guidance, live performance coaching, studio recording, music production, digital marketing, branding and image, touring strategy, and connecting you with key industry opportunities.
With our combined expertise and mutual dedication, we will help you find your direction, grow your audience and build a career you can be proud of.
